At INK'D London, we aim to ship your aftercare and merch orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Delivery Methods
Shipping Options
We currently offer two convenient delivery methods so you can choose what works best for you. All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from our London studio.
Standard UK Shipping
Delivery within 2 to 5 business days. Flat rate shipping applied at checkout. Full tracking provided once your order is dispatched.
In-Studio Collection
Free collection at our studio in Fulham. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your confirmation email.

Processing Time
Order Processing
All orders placed on inkdlondon.com are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available working day. Once your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection, you will receive a notification email confirming this.
Processing Time
1 to 2 business days from order placement (Monday to Friday).
Order Updates
You'll receive email notifications at every stage — confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.
Pricing
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase, so there are no hidden fees or surprises.
In-studio collection is always free — simply select this option at checkout and skip the shipping cost entirely.
Free Collection
Save on shipping by collecting your order in person at our studio. 313 North End Road, London, SW6 1NN. We'll email you as soon as your order is ready.
Issues With Your Order
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
We use trusted courier services to deliver your order, but occasionally circumstances beyond our control can cause delays. INK'D London is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external circumstances such as adverse weather, postal strikes, or carrier disruptions.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@inkdlondon.com with your order number and we'll do our best to assist you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Important
For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to both the packaging and the product so we can process your claim quickly.
Your Responsibility
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout, including your full postcode, building name, and any flat or unit numbers.
INK'D London is not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. If a package is returned to us as a result of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.
If you realise you've entered the wrong address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@inkdlondon.com. We'll do our best to update your details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
