🔄 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on the following items:

Unopened aftercare products (must be unused and sealed)
Faulty or damaged merchandise

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase, in their original condition.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on the following:

Tattoo deposits
Digital or physical gift cards
Used or opened aftercare products
Custom or personal-use items unless faulty

📦 Return Process

To start a return, contact us at info@inkdlondon.com with your order number and details. Items can be returned:

By post to the address above. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 7–10 working days depending on your payment provider.
