Studio Services & Bookings
We're committed to delivering an exceptional tattoo experience from the moment you book. The following terms apply to all studio bookings made with INK'D London.
- All tattoo bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
- Deposits will be deducted from your final session cost.
- A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule appointments. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed. Valid ID is required at your appointment.
- INK'D London Ltd reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe requests.
Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits help us secure your slot and compensate our artists for the time spent designing and preparing for your session. Please review our deposit policy carefully before booking.
- All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Gift cards and booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to artist availability, emergencies, or studio needs. In such cases, your deposit will remain valid.
Important
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late rescheduling or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Product Purchases
We offer a range of physical products (aftercare, merch) and digital gift cards through our online store and in-studio. The following terms apply to all product purchases.
- Refunds are only available for unopened aftercare items and faulty merchandise, returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Gift Cards
INK'D London gift cards make the perfect present for someone planning a tattoo, picking up aftercare, or grabbing INK'D Wear merch.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- Gift cards may be used for tattoos, merchandise, and aftercare products in-studio.
Liability Disclaimer
Tattoos are permanent body modifications and carry inherent health risks. By booking with INK'D London, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
- By booking with INK'D London, you confirm you are medically fit for the procedure.
- INK'D London Ltd is not responsible for allergic reactions, infections, or aftercare neglect.
- We always follow proper hygiene and health & safety standards.
Health & Safety
Our studio is fully licensed and regularly inspected. We use only single-use sterilised equipment and follow all UK health and safety regulations. Please inform your artist of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before your appointment.
