At INK’D London, we aim to ship your aftercare and merch orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.

📦 Shipping Options

We currently offer the following delivery methods:

🚚 Standard UK Shipping

Delivery within 2–5 business days
Flat rate shipping applied at checkout
Tracking available once dispatched

🏪 In-Studio Collection (Free)

Collect your order at our studio:
313 North End Rd, London, SW6 1NN
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup
Please bring your confirmation email when collecting

⏳ Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day
You will receive a notification once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected method
Free in-store collection is always available

📮 Lost or Delayed Deliveries

INK’D London is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, postal strikes)
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@inkdlondon.com and we’ll do our best to assist

❗ Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
